The new drinking and driving laws have everyone on edge. With the Okanagan Wine Festival going on, it was a good time to take a look at how the laws are affecting wine touring. Turns out it’s inspiring some drinkers to observe proper wine tasting etiquette and spit rather than swallow their samples. This story ran in today’s holiday edition of the Globe.
