Fire season arrives in the Okanagan

The weather had barely started getting hot when the first fire of the summer broke out in Seclusion Bay between West Kelowna and Peachland. It happened a week earlier than the giant Glenrossa and Terrace Mountain fires last summer. Here’s praying that this is not a harbinger of things to come.

Even if a big fire is good fodder for a reporter, I don’t want to see any more.
